I know that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take this step. My approach is built on deep respect, trust, and connection—I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I will meet you exactly where you are. Together, in a space free of judgment and full of possibility, we will work toward meaningful change.

What to Expect

Individual therapy sessions are held online via telehealth, making support accessible and convenient. Each session is 50 minutes, with our first session dedicated to understanding your current mental health, addressing any immediate concerns, and creating a plan for stabilization if needed.

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and more. My approach is comprehensive, addressing multiple aspects of life while incorporating evidence-based practices such as in-depth Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma processing, and skill-building. I also emphasize the connection between mental health, exercise, and nutrition, providing research-based guidance to support your overall well-being.
